In the months and days leading up to your wedding, we coordinate with every vendor to iron out the details of your big day. From scheduling appointments to managing your budget, we'll take the time-consuming tasks off of your to-do list.

We have great relationships with many Indianapolis vendors, including: venues, churches, caterers, stationers, florists, bands, DJs, musicians, officiants, videographers, photographers, rental companies, a/v companies, and more.

Wedding Weekend Management
Having a professional wedding coordinator on-site for your wedding day allows you (and your bridesmaids, sister, mom, etc.) to enjoy the day without worrying. From orchestrating vendors to mapping out a minute-by-minute timeline, our wedding weekend management team makes sure your day plays out as perfectly as you envision it.

Wedding design is like a kaleidoscope — lots of little details that, when organized the right way, come together to create something truly beautiful. Whatever your vision for your wedding day, we'll help you design and implement your perfect space.

Pricing
We understand that no two events are the same; therefore, a custom quote is created for you after your initial consultation. Services with April as the lead planner begin at $2100. Hourly consulting is also available.
